⭐️Sparky’s Vegan kimchi Ingredients:
- 2 heads of napa cabbage
- 1 cup salt (for salting the cabbage)
- flour paste: 2 cups water and 2 tbsp of flour into a pot
- 1 medium radish
- 1 onion
- 1/2 Asian pear
- 3 red chili peppers
- handful of garlic gloves
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1/2 cup gochugaru (or more if you like it more spicy)
- 1 chopped onion
- ⅔ cup stew/dark soy sauce
- 15 green onions
- 2 tbsp coarse salt (add this at the end based on how it tastes - you might not even need it depending on how long you salted the napa cabbages for/how watery your kimchi paste is)

Thanks for this, I’m allergic to shellfish and vegetarian and can never find kimchi without some sort of shrimp or fish sauce/paste

Thanks so much I’m similar to another comment I’m alerigvc to shrimp and seeing people rave about how good kimchi is made me really want it and then I saw you and was so happy to be able to finally try some

There's vegan fish sauce you could also use instead of dark soy sauce.

I can't eat the real kimchi I eat vegan kimchi but it looks good.Cant do shrimp
