I want to make my entire body strong but the ones that have been in my head the most recently is chest and lats. I love the look of well developed lats and chest.

I hope I can progress sooner than later since I can't do a pull up yet still.

I'm really glad though since recently I've been able to get up to ten reps with bicep curls with my 20 lb dumbbell! Before I wasn't even able to lift that thing for three to five reps max when I first got it. Definitely progress! I just wish I could progress faster.
