Thank you for all your great info. Is the blue light filter on your phone enough or will I still need the blue light filter glasses?

I thought it was good intermitent fasting until about noon

Beware: Almost all bluelight- blocking glasses only block the bluelight for a maximum of 10%. These are good for wearing during daytime. But for eveningtime, you need the ones with Orange- or red-coloured blulight-blocking glasses; these block out up to 98% of bluelight. It makes a huge difference. The longer you use these -over a period of months, years-, the more benefits you'll notice.
