About the video:
If hunger wasn’t an issue, getting lean would be as simple as just deciding to do it. Unfortunately, hunger is a pretty big deal especially if your goal is to get to 15% body fat or down to 10% body fat. And the truth is, most people don’t understand how hunger works and they don’t have strategies for dealing with hunger.

In this video, I share my top 10 for how to stop feeling hungry all the time including how to adjust your diet, how intermittent fasting helps with hunger, the effects of cardio on appetite, different strategies to reduce stress eating, and also tips on how to stop being hungry without eating. Make sure you apply all these strategies on your journey to getting lean and I’m certain you’ll see amazing results.

Two main things that really helped me:
- No snacking, ever.
- No alcohol.

I can not stress enough that figuring out what food keeps you satiated is very important. Many tips here on youtube focus on increasing food volume for the same calories to maximise eating satisfaction, but at least for people like me, volume is secondary. I tried that at one point with salads, preparing for example hugh amounts of carrot salad for the day and all i ever got was a weird full but still hunger-crampy feeling. Adding protein in the form of yoghurt fixed this. Adding a bit of healthy fat also improves that. Similarly, raw vegetable do not work for me for snacking, nuts or proteine bars do. I believe eating satisfaction is a highly personal affair and the better you understand what your body is actually craving, the easier it is to minimize hunger. Sometimes after cardio i crave salty stuff and no amount of yoghurt can fix that. That said my personal experience does not cover the sub 15% bodyfat area which likely comes with its own set of issues

Best tip you had was cutting out alcohol! Drinking alcohol truly has no redeeming value!

2:35 I chose option 2 - feeling hungry most of the time - simply because it saves me from having to count calories. By virtue of being hungry (while working out 6 times a week), I know I'm on the right track. Intermittent fasting does help with the hunger levels during half of the day though. I'm currently doing 18:6

Yo Mario :D Unless most YouTube ppl out there your free advice is spot on, I`ve dropped over 100 pounds since I saw your I quit alcohol video. With that being said, tbh tho, I got a lot of ínformation sources, but mostly you got me hooked on the journey. It is so cool to see that after 2 or 3 years your advice hasn`t changed and that it is pumping out crazy results, i love it! :)

I feel very much at an advantage because I've been in recovery for 18 months and therefore no alcohol or drugs.

But with that said I have a very extreme lifestyle, either all in or out. Your channel helps me implement ideas to have more balance and realistic approach

Great video mate. I'm starting late in life at 35, but I feel like I've finally mastered hunger, and I'm consistently working out for the first time ever (over 3 months without a missed day now).

One thing we just understand is being in caloric deficit even at the very minimum level will create some kind of hunger at any given time of the day because whatever the reason our body wants the required anount of calories somehow for that day. Conditioning out body to learn to this behavior is the best way we can continue with this habit. Thanks for always covering what most people faces when dieting and also giving valuable tips to such situations.

#11 - set achievable goals. 8%is extremely hard to maintain because you will think about food constantly. 10-12% is much more sustainable at least for me.

The best way I combat hunger is having the same eating schedule and eating low calorie, high volume foods.
