1 tsp mirin
1 tsp sake
1tbsp soy sauce
2-3cm grated ginger
green onion
Day 3: Avocado & salmon poke
■Avocado & salmon poke
1/2 avocado
50g smoked salmon
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
wasabi as much as you like!
dried seaweed for topping
Day 4: Seasoned rice
■Seasoned rice (takikomi gohan)
2 cups rice
mushrooms
1 tsp bonito powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sake
green onions
■Sprouts salad
10-15 pieces sprouts
1 tbsp miso
1 tbsp mayo
sesame seeds
1 tsp vinegar
■Seasoned tamagoyaki
3 eggs
green onions
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp soy sauce
Day 5: Boiled spinach & dashimaki tamago
■Japanese boiled spinach salad
1 bag spinach
1 tsp bonito powder
1 and 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sake
bonito flakes
■Dashimaki tamago
50ml water
1/2 tsp bonito powder
1 and 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
