In Australia it’s a whole fry-up made up of smokey bacon, eggs in various ways, grilled mushrooms, and tomatoes, with the optional addition of hash browns, beans, pork or beef sausages, this is usually rare but it’s still considered a breakfast

To anyone asking about the raw egg: the standards and processes in Japan are very strict so their eggs are usually safe to eat raw, if not they will be labeled so, pls correct me if I’m wrong :)

Guys, if you ever want to mix a egg into rice. Remember to make sure its steaming hot so the heat somewhat cooks the egg, otherwise the texture will be nasty
