Doomed diagnosis... and then I did this breath work... ok ok I passed out, had seizures, and muscle spasms. But doing this, despite the "price required", everyday several times a day. Took me two weeks to get through an entire set. 7 months later and my life is anew. I survived at 85 87 maybe 92 O2 saturation. Now I thrive in average 95 O2 saturation. AND AND during breath work I can hold my breath 70 seconds. Better health by the breath.

So to the person that says What Crap I am sorry you feel better emotionally with your response.

I say BREATHING LOTS OF OXYGEN TURNS OFF “my” PAIN RECEPTORS FOR ME. This 2 minute video has turned me around from holding my breath from the deep pain I had been feeling while going to a chiropractor for a physical pain release.

I ignored my 75 years of age + many broken bones/surgeries…until chiro tells me it is no wonder - your whole body is out of alignment-w/pelvis twisted towards right; back pain; knee pivoting yikes and Achilles tendinitis etc. Did not help being 11 mi from epicenter of earthquake in 2001 - dropping under desk as floor met my knees - lighting up arthritis.

Everyday my pain levels have dropped, SINCE I HAVE CHANGED MY BREATHING…I have found it feels really good to breath deeply expelling outward and not pulling pain inward as I was doing, thinking breathing was causing pain.
