"Ramen has more than the daily recommended intake of salt" Is far more underwhelming than what I was expecting. "Ramen salty" yeah, no shit, I thought you were gonna tell me the noodles are made with asbestos instead of flour

One time I got my right wrist paralyzed. Doctor ordered me to eat whole wheat bread. There was a time when doctors didn’t think nerves could regenerate until we learned they could. I stayed on a diet of whole wheat bread which is known to stimulate nerve regeneration for 4 months. It definitely worked for me my nerves in that wrist regrew and my right wrist healed and i could use it again.

The taste of ramen noodles have really declined. Idk if it's just me but it doesn't taste as flavorful as it used to when I was little. The only ones I can eat are the pork and oriental flavor. I recently started buying this tonkotsu flavor at Walmart and it's AWESOME. Also this udon noodle soup from my local grocery store

This video did the same thing as the time that one chef tried to gross out a bunch of kids by preparing chicken nuggets in front of them, but all that did was make the kids want nuggets even more. If you haven't seen it. Its one of those classics and many meme came out of it. So, it's a stranger recommended.

I didn't even watch this. I just came here to comment that while I appreciate this channel taking the time to educate us (honestly, I really do) I think I speak for more than just myself when I say if I could afford to eat healthier, I would.

I like a lot of the products here. The thing you need to remember is moderation. Let’s face it, it’s hard to eat totally healthy in todays world, but if we keep things to a moderate level it’s ok.
