I wake up at 4:30to 5:00, thank God, and pray.then walk my Yorkie, dog, Diamond. It s so nice because it quiet and I love the peacefulness .I drink some tea, open the blinds even though it s still dark outside, knowing the sunlight will sono be coming in.i love for my house to be clean.so I check things at nite, and it makes me feel good because I have less to do in the day.i love for things to be clean and shine y, always make my bed first, when I get up.it makes my day!

I love waking up in early in the morning! I wake up by 6 even though my classes start by 9. That means 3 hours to prepare myself mentally and physically

My now 16 year old teen has gotten into a beautiful morning routine with me. We sit across the couch in silence and ponder I have coffee he does too sometimes. He is on his phone most times where as I sit in total silence and think things through. After my first cup I like to light an incense in the bedroom and candles in the living room for aroma. Having pets a kid and a business gets my morning very busy very early in the day so I need this routine to keep me balanced through out the day.

Hey just found your videos they are very relaxing and soothing, just wanted to ask at what time you sleep everyday.
And one thing I want to share is, don't immediately do the bed after waking up, take off the sheets and let it breath for sometime.

I love to wakeup in the morning.. I literally wake up at 4 am to give myself some calm space coz everyone wakeup by 5 am 😅
