I feel like my health anxiety is getting much better, but sometimes I can't stop thinking about it and give myself anxiety 🙄😩

Hi, Denis! First of all I'd like to thank you so much for all this useful and full of wisdom content! It's been really helpful. I've also noticed some signs of getting better, but I still have days full of anxiety, negative thoughts and physical symptoms which always diminish my progress and ruin my mood. I really hope that I'll keep up the good work and try out the 21 day mental clarity challenge soon. Wish you the best!!

Dennis I've been suffering with throat related problems which physically makes it feel like I'm choking and suffocating on my food, and have been forced to drink protein shakes for months, and sometimes I'm so scared to swallow that I overchew any food I eat or I take micro sips or small sips of my shake instead of trying to take a large gulp or swallow, and today because of your words I had the confidence to at least try and take a big gulp of my shake and even if my throat problems are more physical than mental or vice versa I'm going to at least try and become more comfortable with eating and drinking normally

I am going through a relapse and I can't seem to get a handle on this episode of my health anxiety- even though I know more about it than I did 8 yrs ago.

I have recently accepted that i have anxiety after seeing my doctor and going to the hospital twice.. but i still feel weird and shakey 24/7 ive been this way 7 months.. i go places i feel really uncomfortable i go to work shaking.. i leave my house more.. am i making progress? Or am i doing it wrong?..

Dennis I want to ask something when I suffer and trigger I just simply smiled and say to myself "look that thought again don't worry it's ok it is just a thought. let go don't worry say yes don't worry." I try to accept the pain..I repeat this word over and over again even I'm depressed.. is this good. can I use this as a tool.

It's been 7 months since ive been having sever anxiety. Health anxiety...and lately the best little step ive taken is to not fear the way i think and feel. But... just alot of the time my head has a strange pressure..and i dont feel like myself. I dont feel ever remember what i used to think about... i need help..

sometimes when my anxiety shows up its head, I really want to punch it in it effeng face. thank you for helping me Dennis ! gradually I am making improvements these small baby steps impacted a lot. I will continue progressing
