IRT Instant Relaxation Technique, As the name suggests this practice is best to give you Relaxation Instantly.
As this video is in the form of Guided Meditation, You can practice this technique by listening to the Audio Instructions of the Video.

This technique is taught in SVYASA Yoga University.

IRT: Instant Relaxation Technique
It is a 1 Minute Relaxation Technique, which consist of tightening of the whole body from tip of the toes to the top of the head and then instantly releasing all the tightness.

This principle of Stimulating the body followed by the Relaxation is able to give more relaxation when compared with normal relaxation techniques.

The Ratio of Tightening and Relaxation of the body can be done in following Ratios:
a. 1:2 Where Relaxation is given twice than tightening of body. Eg: If Tightening= 30 Secs Then Relaxation will be twice that is 1 Min.
b. 1:1 Where Relaxation is given in same ratio as of tightening of body. Eg: If Tightening= 30 Secs Then Relaxation will be of same duration that is 30 Secs.

Note: This is Best for the Office Working & Students-This practice can be done easily on the Chair as well.
