Completely agreeing with your last point, I don’t wake early but When I was started Learning Car which only Available in morning because of excitement I woke a hour ago at morning ♥️

1. Set your body clock
Try to sleep and wake up at the same time daily. Your body will get adapted with time so you can wake up automatically without even the need of alarm after sometime.

2. No screen 1 hour before sleep. Melatonin hormone which gets released which makes you feel sleepy doesn't get released when you are exposed to blue lights so stay away from mobile, pc etc before sleep

3. Exercise
You should exercise for 10-15 minutes after you wake up so that blood circulation increases in your body and you feel active instantly.

4. Take cold shower after exercise so that alertness of your body increases.

5. Have something exciting.
Keep a reward system for waking up early i.e something which makes you feel good. For example, you would study a bit and then will watch 2 episodes of your favourite show after it
