1- plan (write it down)
2-avoid caffeine
3-don’t drink water right before going to sleep (so you don’t wake up in the middle of the night)
4-what are yours reasons to wake up early?
5-set your alarm clock away from you
6-set a purpose (to get you out of bed)

8-make your bed
9-look forward to something to do after waking up
