I just started waking up at 5am and so far I LOVE it. I'm more productive and by the time I go to bed, I'm tired and knock out. I get more consistent and better sleep.

I am guilty of going to sleep late at night. I do wake up earl between 5 and 5:30;AM . I'm going to take your advice going to sleep earlier. My eating, I cut off at 6PM anything after that time it's some tea or water. Thank you for sharing those helpful tips.

As team 'there is just not enough time in the day' and mid day slump this was a much Needed video!!! I love your morning tip of paying attention to how much sleep you get. I found another one of your videos when I started my early morning journey where you talked about having different morning routines based off of your energy level (or something like that😂😅) and it was REVOLUTIONARY. why was I trying to wake up at 5am when I only slept 4hours!? Let alone go to the gym!?! Always appreciate your advice and love the Halloween look!

I used to wake up at 8am and now I am getting up at 5am. Every week I got up 15min erlier and that really helped. And I used the shift from summer time to winter time (Germany). And I even wake up at 5am on the weekends without an alarm.

I enjoy these videos but the whole wake up at 5am thing is something I had to do for years (as a working mom) so now I happily sleep in! 😂
