Great tips! I often mistake hunger for actually being dehydrated! I like the be conscious/ mindfulness tip the best and that's the one I want to work on more!

My Ah- a bowl of soup or a huge salad before my 50/50 plate. I’m going to do that. I feel that I’m not getting enough fiber somehow. I’m not eliminating as much as I was in the beginning. Thank you for your time in making informative videos and inspiring us!

I think my biggest struggle is nuts. I love cashews I love peanut butter, walnuts, brazil nuts, I love coconut milk. I don't necessarily need to be losing weight but I would like to lose even just three or four pounds and combat this love of nuts. I do try to keep things in good portions and so I will give myself that but I do pretty much eat them everyday.

This is the best! Thank you! I've been vegan a few years. Yes I've gained and lost and realize calorie deficit is the best and low fat. It is fun eating the vegan junk food, but really not a good idea. Thanks again!
