When I first started on the awakening path, I used to get frustrated that those around me couldn't feel or see what I saw, and I wanted to tell everyone what I knew. Now, I don't try to make pple hear me anymore because I realized that not everyone is ready or at my level, so they won't understand me. Now, I just let pple approach me when they are ready, and this has reduced my frustration. It's not easy being awakened, but it great to be in the know.

Almost every 2 weeks I go through new episode of waking up feeling sick, nauseous or anxiety... Finding out that in couple hours sometimes second day I am totally fine have no health problem.
I make a doctor appointment and before I see the doctor I am fine, no need for the appointment... 🤯

My experience, I guess just like the name of it alone, Is like I seen my own shadow right in the front of me. It’s Heavy and Sadness it came to the point that I can’t stop crying and it’s so deep to bear because all the life after life I went through in reincarnation. NOW I’m not trying to scare anyone, of course is all depends on different state of their own soul journey.
And every times I overcome it I feel just released the negative from the past out from my soul.
I feel lighter, open space within and gaining more strength every time I went through it.
