I really love this follow along. I’ve done this about 5x a week for the last 4-6 weeks (either first thing in the morning or post workout) and my mobility has increased drastically. It always leaves me feeling nice and relaxed too. Thanks for this upload Morgan!

This was awesome and all your videos are extremely helpful!

As I follow along the stretches, it would be super helpful to hear where I should feel the stretch as it would ensure that I'm doing it right and help that muscle brain connection. Thank you so much for all of these! :)

Morgan, I love your videos you are so helpful I was practicing my handstands earlier I can hold my handstands for at least 5 seconds sometimes 10 because I watched your handstand series you have helped me and my sister so much Thanks!

I loved this!!!! Could you doing more things for beginners and progressing forward? I am going to start doing this daily. Maybe do a series for someone who’s just starting back into stretching and fitness and small beginners things we can start doing at home.

This was amazing! Im an ex dancer and have lost a lot of my flexibility over the years, I’ve been wanting to get back into stretching and this was the perfect way to do it and so relaxing too! Thanks for the vid

Love the beginner stretch. I am not flexible at all and it was a goal of mine this year to stretch everyday. Would love it you could do a beginners guide to stretching/flexibility
