Great video mate, just tried the tennis ball on my shoulder and it feels really good. Hopefully its gonna help me to get rid of my shoulder pain. And just by the way im having problem with my collar bone, where both of my collar bone joints hurt when im doing pushups, or any kind of push or pull movement, dont you know anything about this kind of pain id be really really glad if you could answer. thanks

Hi,
The stretching with the ball, is it the same thing if I do it on the floor ?

And do I need something harder than a tennis ball?

Quick question! So whenever I go into dip or push-up, I get pain or soreness the next day right at the front/tip of shoulder. Must this be my shoulders being too tight? And how long should I am to stretch my chest
