I just want to thank you .. i had not been doing push ups from several weeks just because i had this pain everytime i do push ups.. while watching this i did few reps and tadaa no pain thanks a lot .. you earned a sub ❤️

Wow thank you very much this solved the pain I was having in my rear shoulder. I'll try to work my shoulder in a similar way on bench because I experience a similar issue

Ever since I started benching more I dont do as much calisthenics. One move I use to knock out a lot is one armed push ups. Now I can barley do one on my right arm. Left is still good. Gonna work on my shoulder mobility and ease off on the benching.

Wow...for months I have been searching for a solution.Finally i found it . Thankyou very much.I injured my left shoulder while doing my chest day, which mostly variety of pushup exercises, on top of that I slept in a wrong position that day.After that I had intense pain.The pain went away after a 10 days.But i could not do any pushups.Thank you again.

i was doing wide push pushups ( easy level on knees) thinking that it could benefit some other groups of muscles. I know better now, thanks.

Thanks, Doc! I was doing diamonds and I heard a "gristle like" sound in my left delt. I put on some Tiger Balm and will take it easy and make adjustments. Thanks, again.:)

After long time I do pushups 35 reps the next day I do 10 push ups after night I got heavy pain in my shoulder then today I watching your video

Thank you so much. It’s very nice of you to share your knowledge. I have minor impingement and am going to do planks for a while, but will eventually keep my elbows in near my body. Is it okay to use dumbbell to help keep the alignment as grips?

Thank you for this advice. I’ve been doing knuckle push-ups for karate, which are easier to do with elbows out.
Any advice on good form for knuckle push-ups?
