Excuse me sir..

I'm new to workout and I am quite weak so I can't do a proper push-up..
But when ever I try to do my left shoulder hurts very much and the pain remains for a long time..


So is there any solution to it??

I started doing push ups 2 days ago and now it's paining a lot while doing pushups on 1st day there was no pain but now it's paining so much while doing pushup so is it any sign of injury or it is just a normal pain coz I started working out from last two days is it the pain of streching of muscles please tell
