I wish we could clone the good doctor so we had in person access to him.

These client videos are phenomenal. I’ve gathered so much to self diagnose to help with my mobility issues. I have a lot of thoracic rotation issues and it’s effected a lot of other areas so I’m slowly gathering these videos to do in my warmup

Ive lost track of how many times you have brought me to tears of happiness after years of thinking i couldnt work out because of a lot of mobility issues after a life of manual labor.

I litterally just tried out the thoracic mobility exercise on both sides and did my first pain free 20 in a while!

Got excited when i heard "left shoulder pain during pushups", because that's exactly an issue I've been having these last couple weeks. Though from what i can tell, sadly this isn't the same problem, and probably not the same solution either.
In my case, i have a weird, subtle ticklish pain in my shoulder during most of a push-up, but it becomes an actual pain when i each the bottom of the push-up. I've also noticed something pops whenever i pull my elbow back while internally rotated, and it hasn't gone away after taking a break from working out. Rly sucks

Btw I feel this kind of pain in my left shoulder during push-ups and pike push-ups and pull ups as well, ever since I had an accident last year I can't really push myself through those exercises because the right side does considerably more work than left

Very cool. I’ve had similar discomfort for quite a while and also have limited mobility in this way. Definitely gonna try this out! Thank you!

Could you please do a video on shoulder biceps tenosynovitis? Dealing with this shoulder pain for a long time and it’s stopping me from working out

With shoulders issue, in my experience, strengthening rotator cufs and back muscle can reduce pain.

I usually get your videos in my notifications (Bell set to "all"). It turns out that YouTube doesn't notify for "shorts, " which are under a certain time limit AND shot with a profile aspect ration (vertical phone).
Dangit, been missing out on good stuff here.
Please start shooting only in landscape, lol.
That said, I need someone to do this test on me!

My collarbone wasnt placed 100% perfectly during my surgery. It messes up my stability when doing diamond push ups. I just started calisthenics so I hope it doesn't do too much damage to my form

Side deltoid raises pop my shoulder every rep when I do them perfectly side ways. Front delt raises don't pop at all at full range. Have you ever heard/seen this problem???
