But over the last 10+ years of coaching handstands, I have seen so many issues with the shoulder blade stability, that it’s prettier likely this will improve your shoulders.
EVEN if it doesn’t fix your pain, it will build you stronger, more resilient shoulders and develops the ability required for handstand push-ups and presses 💪
