When it comes to typical Filipino home cooking, there is no such thing as meat doneness; We eat any beef well done or fall off the bone, we dont look for pinkish glistening pork and we eat our chicken even if its clearly overcooked. Love your adobo man, much love!

The addition of hard boiled eggs are usually done as an extender, if you are short of meat add hard boiled eggs.
