This is a remake recipe video for Filipino chicken adobo.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. chicken
3 dried bay leaves
4 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons white vinegar
5 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups water
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon whole peppercorn

Iba ka talaga Chef! Sa'yo po ako natuto magluto nung highschool pa ako. 10yrs na akong graduate and lagi ko pa rin po ginagawang reference yung mga videos mo pag magluluto ako up to now. Sobrang helpful talaga. God bless po.

I don’t remember how I know but I was told not to stir adobo when you put vinegar to let chicken take in the flavor of vinegar & that it if you stir right away it will taste bitter. You have to wait till it boils then you can stir adobo to incorporate the vinegar throughout rest of the sauce. Always love your version of adobo, have watched your adobo recipe several times…lol
