This is 100% accurate. Its just a royal pain in the butt if you are feeding a whole family while working full time and trying to do it all. I wish my family could get on board with eating the same thing 7 days in a row LOL.

This is great advice, but even while staying in a calorie deficit with adequate protein, beware being casual about your feeding frequency and how much carbs/sugar you're consuming. If you're often in an insulin state to deal with the blood glucose spikes you're creating from carbs and sugar, that puts you in a fat storage state and all your efforts to burn fat won't show results. Not to mention that living that way in the long-term is a sure prescription for type 2 diabetes eventually. Unless you check it with finger sticks or a continuous glucose monitor you have no idea which foods in which quantity spike your blood glucose; this is worth finding out, especially if you're trying to lose fat and the scale isn't moving.

I use to do this cooking for my type relative. But i use a tracker, learned a lot from the process .

I'm 4'11", 32 years old and weigh 155 lbs. Wanting to lose body fat (roughly 47% bf right now thanks to inbody scan 😭) and lose weight. I'm lightly active (mainly walking or doing 30 mins on my indoor bike). What calorie and macro breakdown would be right for me? I want to get down to 105 lbs at least. I've been working towards upping my protein and really don't want to drop my cals to 1200...

I just started tracking my macros in on day 4...love it and didn't realize I was getting so much fat... I need to rest 1480 calories protein 38 carbs 31 and fat 30. It's what the app set up...is this accurate for my goal?
Also I realized I an low in protein.
