Even for those of us who are not new to squats, it is good to get a little reminder about proper form every now and then. Thanks, Susan.

I had knee pains on both legs, and started doing this exercise 3 years ago, 2 to 3 times per week. Still doing it. My knees are much stronger now. I am now 75 years old and still able to do my 5 km walking exercises without any knee pains.
Thank you very, very much for this beneficial video that saved my mobility from going downhill.

I’ve been squatting for years but honestly am humble enough to admit I needed this refresher.

I’m supppper tight in my hips and definitely need to work on getting more flexible so my squat form can improve. Thank you!!

I’d just like to share my story on how my journey has been going so far, I’m actually super proud of myself, I’ve stared about a week ago for reference, and I started the first day with around 25 squats, a break then another 25. I was exhausted by the end of it and thought I would never be able to do any more than that. I repeated this for another day then after that decided to jump straight into 50 with no breaks, I was surprised that I could actually do it, and was so so happy. The next day I did another 50, a break, and then 50 after, by this point I began to struggle, but my goal was to get to 100. I then began to do 50, break, 50, break, then 50. I then thought to myself ‘if I can do 150 with some breaks, who to say I can’t do 100 in one go? so the next day I tried it, I can’t describe to you how proud i was when i finally hit that 100, it seemed impossible to me. After that I began to notice i was struggling a bit more when it came to walking anywhere, and found increasing pains. I decided to stop the massive increases but stuck to doing atleast 100. I would go up in 10s each day. Now it say not seem like a lot but my current record is 150, with no breaks. It’s truly amazing to me that in just a week or so I no longer struggle on the 25 that seemed impossible on the first day. I love just sitting back after doing it all, feeling the slight ache in my legs, but too much pride to think about the pain.

I really encourage people to start to do this, take your time. Don’t be disheartened if you aren’t amazing at the start, if it doesn’t hurt, it’s not going to make you any stronger. You’ve got this, I promise you it will be worth it!

This was extremely helpful! I guess I simply never really knew how to squat but your instruction had me doing them! I am amazed, thank you! And by the way, I am a 59 year old, over weight woman but maybe there is hope for me yet, lol.

The best explanation I have ever heard! Thank you very much. My knees don't hurt as much now because I'm doing the form correctly.

Explaining the hip hinge is super helpful. I just finished a round of PT for my lower back so I did hip hinges a lot and it made understanding the proper form for a squat much easier. You gave a lot of great, detailed information. Thank you!

Dude!! I wish I'd come across this video earlier. Every time I squat, it'd hurt my knees so badly that I completely stopped doing this exercise. After following you technique, it has become so much easier. Thank you!! ❤️

Out of all the things I’ve tried, nothing helped until this video. I had no idea putting a little elevation under my heels would help me be able to do a full squat. I’ve been devastated for years that I couldn’t do one but I just did 30 perfect squats because of that little trick! Thank you so much!!!! I’ve never downloaded a video so fast!
