Wow, that was a challenge. But this 63-yo did it! My new favorite 30-min morning workout before work. When your life is busy and you don’t have much time, you need an efficient cardio routine that’s safe for your joints. This is it! I do yoga too and really appreciated the 30sec shavasana at the end. Way to stay mindful. Great job guys.

it is my first time doing this workout and turns out this workout is one of my favorites! it said that 'low-impact' and I didn't expect I will sweat this much! I don't need to jump or feel out of breath but I'm sweating! thank you Justin and Taylor for working on this and sharing so much positive energy to us! Gonna do this a lot! Glad to see these two again. Can only do low impact. Always happy it’s intense and not beginners type of low impact.

These workouts are SO great for me! I'm on the heavier side on BMI and these help me sweat and feel active without injuring myself. I tried light jogging at first but ended up getting shin splints and then arch pain on my foot. My body just wasn't used to doing any sort of activity much less high impact like running. So happy i found these workouts because I can do these without feeling bad pain afterwards! Thank you Justin and Taylor ❤️

💪🏾🔥This workout was so great! 😅 Loved that this was low impact, and I was sweating buckets! This is my 1st time doing a LIT workout and I absolutely love it! Justin and Taylor are awesome! Oh my God where you are coming from ? I being doing all this different kind of work out on Utube none made me sweat this much !! I love the positive vibe you push out there !! I was a Strong by Zumba Instructor but suddenly I stopped and lost the passion till this morning !!! Love love love thank you for wanted me to stand and move !!👏👏👏👏
