this video was made on 2018....fast forward we are now in 2022 and studies now say that walking 10-15 after you finished eating for 15-30 mnts is good for digestion and blood sugar level....

I walk immediately after eating & have been doing it for years. My energy is better & I burn so much fat. I've never been nausea or had any problems.

i am 58 years old and have a stent in my heart placed five yearsago...i was thinking that eggs are bad for me and was eating like one or two per week..recently came to know that they are good..so now I am eating one boiled egg everyday..my cholesterol and all other parameters on the lower side itself..hope it is fine...please advise

it also makes your heart race if you walk immediately after eating.. mine goes 115 -120 after eating if u try to get up and walk immediately..
