I am 70 and have no wrinkles or spots on my face. My photo with no makeup except lip gloss is this year. For 35 years, I have taken fish oil capsules (that stay in my refrigerator). I am also a big advocate of exercise to make the skin glow. Only in the past couple years have I began drinking green tea daily. I also eat no sugar or processed foods or fast foods. I do fasting for autophagy as well. I also never use any topical solutions on my face and exfoliate a few times each week with my clarisonic. Very interesting video.

I'm 50 y/o and I am not fond of taking vits..I just have a healthy lifestyle..I eat vegetables, fish, fruits, chicken ( i seldom eat pork and beef)and sometimes I decoct moringa leaves with pandan leaves...lemon grass, ginger, lemon, green tea and honey...cucumber, pineapple, apple, lemon water..etc. of course most espcially we should have a positive thoughts towards each other..be humble and kind..always be happy..have faith to Jesus. Just sharing...God bless! 🙏❤️😘

Great info on an important topic! Beauty from the inside out. My 10 year green smoothie habit has been a game changer for my nutrition and for my skin and hair! Greens, blueberries, ginger, green tea....
I also take fish oil, D3, K2, CoQ10, probiotic, tumeric...

Dr I take about 10 different supplements per day, is it OK? I take Vitamin D and C, probiotics, spirulina, beta carotene, fish oil, mullein leaf, astragalus, turmeric, and hyaluronic acid, and marine collagen. Can I take them at the same time?

I've been taking beef collagen with vitamin C since February this year, and I've noticed changes in my nails, skin and hair. I'm now taking Marine collagen still waiting to see improvements.
It takes time though, about 6 months to actually notice bigger changes.
