This is a quick 8 minute ab routine for the 11 line look. This workout will definitely challenge you and make your abs burn and sore on the next day. At least I was sore after these 8 minutes. The special thing about this short home workout is that you don't need or have to move your legs. For my injured people, this is the exact right thing for you to still be able train abs without legs. I included exercises that work on the side abs, obliques and upper/lower abs to create the 11 line look.

I injured my leg last week and I was going crazy not being to move. Thank god I came across this video, it feels great to be doing the exercises and my leg is in 0 pain 😌♥️

I’m glad I found your videos. I also love Pamela Reif but her abs are to hard atm. This is also pretty challenging but exactly what I need.
