Siegel’s 1941 at El Cortez is Old School Style restaurant with a modern day twist. It’s open 24 on weekends (Fri-Sat) and 7am to 10pm (Sun-Thur). Early birds and night owls alike can sit down, kick back and live the good life. On Wednesdays ages 50 and up get 50% off their order from the special menu.

Paying tribute to Siegel and his inner circle of original mobsters, El Cortez Hotel & Casino introduced Siegel’s 1941. Signature dishes include Roast Prime Rib, Stone Crab and Matzo Ball Soup.
