Four Emotions for an Amazing First Impression:

Subscribe to Charisma On Command’s YouTube Account:

Today we’re going to talk about 3 traits that make you attractive in social circles, business and the dating world.

There has always been a clash of thoughts on these topics.

When I say “attractive man” and “dating” you commonly think “arrogant jerk no one likes”.

Even the word “attraction” has a lot of superficial connotations like material possessions.

No need to worry about buying a Lamborghini to fit into a business clique or buying 10 drinks for the lady at the bar.

What we’re talking about today is 100% free :)

"Oh, I hit the microphone... that's not good." That was really cute.

I always love how you always let people know that being attractive isn’t always about how you look and how rich you are...unfortunately, a lot of guys think that you need to be rich, tall and handsome, because of those golddigger prank. Keep it up man!

Decisiveness is one of the most attractive qualities and this is how a lot of leaders are always so attractive in the eyes of girls.

VOICE TONALITY !!! One of the most crucial factor of CHARISMA. And how to find a fitting tone for voice should be the next topic for video.

Everybody agree with me right?

This can help so many people. Thank you! People don't always remember the person because of their physical attractiveness, they remember people for the aura and energy they carried into the room.

I love how charlie has never mentioned a persons looks as a factor or requirement to being charismatic, I feel likes he perfectly subtly puts it out there that looks dont matter.

This is great. People think they need money and looks to be attractive but how you portray yourself is just as important

Enthusiasm is charming, but it should not be a constant. Enthusiasm, and chronic optimism, can come across as deceptive -- as though that person has hidden motive. There need to be moments where they lower themselves to someone else's energy level to stimulate comfortable discourse. We tend to think that the people that are always flamboyant and optimistic are the people we need to aspire to be like and that are generally beloved in the public eye, but, in practise, people get tired of that attitude.

When being exposed to an incredibly positive environment for an extended period of time, I venture to say that most people tend to want to upset the status quo. So, totally, show your enthusiasm surrounding things that you are truly invested in. But, as Charlie said, do not force it, as that can make you a VERY unlikeable person. Besides that; find a balance. Don't just be a positivity dispenser.

Great tips as always. These three traits are all external and a bit superficial, but still important for great first impressions and continued friendships. Though imo, they aren't as important for long-term relationships as are other traits (which you cover in other videos) like active listening, empathy, imitation, encouragement, honesty, trust, thoughtfulness and gratitude, among others.

Gesticulating is huge. I often and naturally do this to the point that I don’t even notice.

Over the weekend my teacher/employer pointed it out to the other students (I’m a yoga instructor) as something to emulate when teaching for the exact reasons pointed out. It conveys confidence, enthusiasm, the student/audience pays more attention and solves the “ what to do with your hands” problem.

You can overdo it, you want to not throw your hands into people’s personal space and you need to be mindful at first when emotions are influencing the gestures (particularly negative emotions) but it emphasizes what your talking about and makes it more memorable.

I can't be the only one that likes the shape of your mouth and they way it moves. Not making fun or being weird just a thought.

I really like your videos. I grew up in an abusive household and never learned social skills and was unpopular most of my life. I'm learning things from your channel that I've never been taught in school. Thank you so much for providing me a true education.
