Waking up early is not my favorite and I hit the snooze button too many times. I rush through my mornings to get to places right on time (and sometimes a little late). This morning routing is perfect to help me look forward to waking up early and setting a positive chill vibe with good intentions. <3 it Cassey!!!

I'm back! I didn't workout through winter, because it's like the worst time for me to do something except reading and watching TV shows. My period just ended, the weather is amazing and you post a new video. Life is beautiful in this moment.
