I love how you didn't repeat the exercises this time.When u do repeat them, and I know I have to do the set all over again, I get a bit discouraged and bored. Thanks 🥰

I used to be very active as a teenager--with the usual gymnastics, ballet, and ice skating--but depression sadly got in the way. Now I'm finally trying again to get fit using your videos! I have been doing this workout for 3 years now! I probably do it five days a week - it is just a vibe, the moves, and music are calming and peaceful. I absolutely love it - it is the perfect warmup to an intense cardio session or simply the best, easy way to move your body and stretch when you only have 20 minutes. Absolutely love this, Maddie!! Thank you!!

Since schools are closed now, I have plenty of time in the morning. Definitely going to do this tomorrow!!
Edit: Did it yesterday, and it was a great start for my day and kept me motivated throughout

I love this routine to wake up and get the blood flowing, especially for days that I don't plan to do a full workout! I'd love to see what a nightly routine for calming and cooling down before sleep. Love your videos, Madi! Thank you for all of these and your motivation.

I was never able to put gymnastics into my routine, I tried a gym, classes, a million other youtube videos, apps and what not, it always ended the same thing - I hated doing them and always postponed canceling or skipping them..from the first day I did this workout I do it Every morning, and I'm really looking forward to it! It is such a pleasant workout that when I finish I am always full of energy and go for a long run or walk. Thank you so much for this quality content. I've been feeling really good lately, seeing the results clearly and it's really fun.

This was super helpful. I'm studying for the MCAT during most of my days now which means a lot of sitting. I haven't been moving as much as I used to and it's made me feel sluggish, more fatigued, and less motivated. Doing this in the morning and in between classes, or mid-day really helps me feel better.
