I loved this! I needed a very gentle beginner's stretch, not an hour-long thing, and this is perfect. Will do it daily and build up from there.

Love this. Tim I love your yoga at bedtime, not only for bedtime but for when I’m feeling sick and need a chilled session. I’d love another 30 stretching video to mix it up for lazy days when I still need yoga but don’t have energy.

Love this video! I try to do it every morning before going to my desk job. With that said, I'd love if you made more videos that were a little shorter than your other videos (12-18 minutes). Thanks Tim!
