Self-Care Sunday! Take 30 minutes out of your day to stretch and unwind your body. This stretch sequence is going to loosen and lengthen all major muscles and areas of your body. Adding at least one full body stretch session into your week helps improve mobility, increase flexibility, and improve muscle function. Enjoy this relaxing 30 minutes with Charlotte!

- pillow, blanket, or cushion

- Trunk Rotators
- Mid/Lower/Upper back
- Triceps
- Abdominals
- Hip Adductors
- Hip Abductors
- Shoulders
