Pre-Bedtime Routine (1hour of 3 - 20min segments)
1 seg: Chore duties (stuff you gotta do so won't be rushing the next morning (clothing clean etc.))
2 seg: Hygene ( Wash face, etc. ) Tips: Dim lights (avoid blue light), warm shower (relaxing)
3 seg: Meditation/relaxation/prayer (most important)

5 senses for sleep: Decrease light (darker the better), sound (plugs, sound machines, buds, etc.), Lavender and ylang ylang (spray in pillow), touch (matress/ where you sleep matters)

Morning routine 15-15-15: 15 deep breaths, 15oz Water, 15mins of direct sunlight. Plan a morning workout routine if possible (go for a walk, etc)

The last video you did with Dr Bruce made me take a look my sleep schedule. I got to bed at 11PM and wake up roughly 7 hours later and generally I only wake up once. Yes, it means I regularly wake up around 6AM even on my rest days but that gives me a lot more day to have too. So thank you very much for these video's

So what if you don’t need to get anything for the next day? What if your hygiene routine takes about 3 minutes? How do you stretch that to 20 minutes each?
