What you do sounds extreme but 20 years later from now...we will all have this formulated and customized to fit every individual to live a perfect healthy life. People say he's extreme but if you break down what he's doing to the fundamentals, they are very helpful for sleep.
1. Sleep in a "cooler" room than usual.
2. Sleep in complete darkness
3. Have at least 3-4 hours between your last meal and sleep
4. No alcohol before sleep or at all
5. Wind down during your last 1-2 hours of the day with no technology

I swear I want my family to be healthy as I am but they won’t hear me and I have to kinda make my own lifestyle and watch them concerned when they’re doing something bad for their health

I really like the idea of turning everything off after 7pm and just hanging out with your family! I stop eating most nights by 2 or 5pm and now have so much extra time to do stuff. ❤ thanks for the inspo!
