Just a few basics: live alone, don't eat after lunch, be a financially independent so you can wake up when you want, don't have a social life, you know, basic things.

Please listen to the message instead of saying things like “live alone, be rich, don’t eat lunch”
It really is: put your phone down and go to sleep, do your homework earlier, take your showers earlier, maybe read a book before bed instead of screen time.
I know some people do have a proper reason, but most people complaining could really just put there phone down instead of scrolling for hours
