Awesome instructions on foam rollers! My left glutes have been hurting for month. I’ve been trying yoga too, hoping I will heel ( or not, as I am aware pains come with aging). Thank you, PJ.

Does this help for lower back pain? First time that I need a foam roller, it helps my legs and hips but I' m not sure if it helps my back.
