Heavy Dumbbell Workout For Women!

This heavy dumbbell workout is designed for strength.

Do each exercise for 3-5 sets of 5-8 reps.

Use a weight that is heavy enough that you can only manage a maximum of 8 reps on each set.

If you do 8 reps for all 5 sets, increase the weight.

If you cannot hit 5 reps for all sets, lower the weight.

This workout is made up of 5 core exercises that work multiple muscles each.

Dumbbell Squats:Works your quads, glutes, and lower back.

Dumbbell Deadlifts:

Works your hamstrings, glutes, and lower back.

Dumbbell Bench Press:

Works your chest, shoulders, and triceps.

Dumbbell Rows:

Works your back, shoulders, and biceps.

Dumbbell Shoulder Press:

Works your shoulders and triceps.

Doing these 5 exercises works all of the major muscle groups.

Love this girl. Strong and fit. I’m really trying to embrace the heavy weight workout because I’m over 50 now. So this is so helpful for me building strength in this new season of life. Heavy weights are a game changer for my demographic!

She’s pretty strong! I’m not there yet. 😂 The dead lifts always wind up hurting me later on. 😩Just don’t like to do them. 😌 Great weight exercises though. ❤🙏🏻
