Great advice. In my experience, its best if we prepare our

1) Best Alternative
2) Worst Alternative
3) Zone of Possible Agreement
- setting a range of which you would consider to agree on, that would also be fair for the other party
4) Walkaway Point
- setting a point when you know the negotiation is going anywhere.

I’ve had good outcomes with this. Also shows the other party we are being fair, have thought it through and are serious about the deal.

This is fantastic ! It can be whatever we faces, for example on my job previous years, I feel something that I can't manage my team, there's a lot of aspect not only one thing to focus, so many to faces and what I'm gonna do for it, take it or leave it, I chose to leave it and afterwards I realized that we can't solve the issue if we leave it . Now I can say in negotiations better take it . Choose to face it and whatever we can face.. we can know what is it, if it's match on us, if it's good, if there's another option to do, if there's something we can share our ideas, if it's works . We don't know what the matter in fact if we don't choose to face it . It's very important topics and it's fantastic tips shadé . I love it . Negotiate everywhere is too important 💖💖💖
