40 MIN Full Body Pilates Workout | Day 1 Challenge | No Equipment

Hi Angels!

I am SO excited to finally share a Pilates Workout challenge with you! I noticed how we are all craving longer for workouts so I decided to make a guide. I will be posting 3 workouts a week between 30-50 minutes each focused on different parts of the body!

Pilates has really changed my body. I became more aware, had more love for my own body and got more toned!

If you are a beginner and new to the channel welcome! If you have been here for a while and you want to make the workouts a little more challenging feel free to throw on some ankle or arm weights!

Let me know in the comments down below all your feedback and I will keep it in mind for future filming.

I loved this!!! Just what I needed - a good burn but not too tiring & period friendly. Plus this workout has a very feminine vibe. LOVED IT! Hoping there will be more after this challenge.

Omg that was so difficult but I made it through! I have only been walking regularly recently and have gained some weight over the past year and really need to do this more often! I’m excited to try to keep up with the challenge. I have done Pilates in the past so it’s familiar but it’s always a challenge when I’m out of shape! Good video

Sane, that was wonderful. Moves I had never tried, so much nourishing gentleness and also deep work. I aso loved how you said "oh no we're not doing that" after reaching one of your left arms ;) thanks for bringin in imperfectionism and a safe space

Just finished the work out !!! it was very interesting and I am happy that you are doing this 3 weeks challenges pilates work out and give us access easily to this pratice. However, I am still a beginner and I already had some classes of pilates before, and If possible It could be cool if you give more details of how our body position should be for the exercise (I know you already do it very well but as a beginner I would maybe need a bit more haha). For example, the two last exercice I was a bit confused, I didn't know if I should do the triceps with the lowest version of the exercice (which hurt a bit my arms that way) or if I should did it the other way.. And I know that one of my pilates teacher told me in the past that if the position is not correct you can badly hurt yourself. So that's all for my suggestion haha! Moreover, I really enjoyed this pilates classes in general and I will continue the classes until the end of the challenge and try to be more carefull for the next ones :))

Just started this workout today. I start new work outs on Sundays. Didn't have much motivation this morning.. thank you for the great motivation

im feeling quite run down and a little sickly this morning, but needed to move my body, and this was the perfect flow to do! i loved it so much. cant wait for the rest of the series bc i love pilates so much

thanks for this challenge Sanne! I'm 22 and when i was younger i used to do pilates a lot and i quit for time issues but i've been looking for rutines that could make me fall in love again with this and i wasn’t finding anything until i found you! Definitly going to this challege complete hoping i can go back to the shape i was and loved <3
