In this conversation with author Jennifer Gale, she discusses her latest publication in MSSE titled: "Breaking Up Evening Sitting with Resistance Activity Improves Postprandial Glycemic Response: A Randomized Crossover Study"

Gale et al. demonstrated that interrupting evening sitting time with 3 min of body weight resistance exercises every 30 min reduced postprandial glucose by ~32% and insulin by ~27% in a group of healthy adults.
