Great topic Daniel, that is really a important thing to talk about! I have just one suggestion to you. Start your warm-up by the lower body, just because your legs (mainly your calfs) have a greater reaction time, so your body will respond better for the rest of warm up (the standing one) because your feet are "activated", I hope I'm making myself clear, if not I can try to explain better. Again, keep the great job!
