This is one of the very best chair exercises ! I have been doing this routine for few years now, and older I get, more and more I appreciate this wonderful routine. It helps me to maintain the all body mobility and my back does not give me trouble! Cindy, it is so easy to follow your calming instructions and, thank you for your encouragements ! I am on week two of this routine every day and can feel measurable effects. My back aches less, my posture is better and I feel more energised. Really good for the elderly (which I am).

Oh my goodness! I was beginning to think I would just have to put up with pain in my lower back and left hip when I saw your video and decided to try it. I just finished my first time through “Chair exercise for low back pain” and I definitely feel some relief in my back and hip. I knew I needed to stretch, but I’m 64 y.o. and everything I found kept wanting me laying on the ground, which I can’t really do. Thank you for these stretches. They helped. I’ll be back tomorrow for more.

Cindy: This is a wonderful set of stretching exercises which includes several exercises that are hard to find in other instructors' routines. However, your speed is too fast throughout, so that the practitioner usually has insufficient time to finish or go sufficiently through the exercise at hand. If you added 5 or 10 minutes to the whole routine it would be much better. Barry, 73.

Hello Cindy. I've been doing these exercises for couple of weeks. The first chair yoga I've done and they are helping a lot. I like the no nonsense approach. I hope to memorize the moves so I can increase them later. Take care.

Loved your first chair stretching I did and now I have discovered this one……you are a wonderful guide thru these exercises. My back feels so much better after the 55 minute walk I just concluded. Will also adopt this routine prior to walks.

Thank you Cindy, At 77, only once a year doctor to prove I am ok to drive and on no medication, then 2 weeks ago lower back pain and at my wits end then I came across you and WOW! I am doing this for the first time and no pain.. gone! Will keep following you .. Thanks Cindy .... THANKS
