Am a senior 66 years I started these exercises two weeks ago and they have helped me a lot. I had one knee replacement 5 years ago and the other knee and back are so painful, but since I started these exercises am much better. Thank you very much. I will never stop working out every morning.

Thank you for these videos. Can you show us some to strenghen the core plse. I heard somewhere that when you lower back suffers, its because the core is weak. If that is true, that is my problem

I am not a senior, yet, my back is very sore, so bending my back is sore.
Very important to move, but, I guess I need more healing time.
