2 Thank you Meg, I am a 76 year old man living in England who suffers mobility problems, I could not get dressed just a few weeks ago because of the acute pain in the base of my spine, thanks to following your instructions I now have relief from that pain for extended periods of time, I want to thank you for the help you have given me.

Thank you. I m 45 and a live with a failed back surgeon syndrome, so I have lots of pain. Wetgever since I foundation your page I try every day some exercises. Your exercises are fine for me. I ve my balance back and sit not all the time in my wheelchair any more. You are so calm and can motivate good

I have neck and back issues. These exercises really helped loosed me up. I feel great after doing these. I plan to do these at my desk throughout the day.
