Thank you so much! I can’t do anything of the lower back stretches like for example lying flat face down and propping myself up on elbows . It’s excruciating on my lower back. Or lying flat on the grand facing up . This was so helpful

WOW, just did it and it felt really good. I will do it everyday now and see what happens. I squat a lot at work while lifting ~10kg. My lower left back hurts when i stand up, sit down or while a random move. Probably its because i sit a lot and almost never really did a proper stretch exercise. I am 24 btw.
