This is my favorite of all your videos that I have seen so far. The only "problem" is that it shows so many exercises, I've had to re-watch the video several times to learn them all!

Hi guys! Thanks for your informative videos! I watch all the time. I ruptured my back between T12&L1 5 months ago and my doc said it was a bad one. How soon can I do these exercises? Thanks again!

Oh and some more videos on posture and the back exercises for back pain and a slip disc/protrusion. I struggle with posture so any more exercises you can add that would be great thank you guys!

Would there be anything beneficial workout you would suggested for a lateral posterior disc bulge located at the L5-S1 ?
